Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mantoximports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Customers may be required to provide clear photos of the item before return approval.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

After your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the return instructions.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any shipping costs incurred (including return shipping fees, if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
